What is the difference between an event planner and venue coordinator?Your venue likely has a staff member assigned to your event that will assist with any matters specifically related to the venue only (AC, AV, lighting, etc.) that is considered a venue coordinator. An event planner handles all of the event logistics and management of the event with clients, guests, and vendors. Our priority is to take care of you and your guests to ensure a smooth event!

I’m interested! How does the process work?Submit an inquiry form and we’ll hop on a phone call to talk about your big event. We want to learn all about you, your event, the excitement, the jitters, everything! If we both feel we’re a good match, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. Once you’ve signed a contract and paid the retainer, we are official!

Do I really need to book a consultation?Yes! We promise your 30 minute consultation will be full of laughs and smiles as we get to know and better understand clients and their dreams.

What factors into your pricing?No two events are the same! Event size, type, date, and time of year affect the pricing dependent upon resources, availability, and demand. However, we are always up front with all of our pricing and promise to build a package that best suits your needs and fits your budget!

Do you travel?ABSOLUTELY! Ember Events is located in Denton, Texas and available worldwide. If your event requires travel beyond 60 miles, we will factor in travel costs and accommodations and create a customized package for you. We love pursuing the opportunity to combine our love for travel and event planning!

What is consulting vs planning?Our event consulting services are for those who have dedicated staff who plan events or programming for your organization or business in-house. We can help your staff strategize and implement best practices that will ensure your events and programs are successfully achieving your missions and goals. To keep it short, we consult with your staff to help you better plan and manage your in-house events and programs.

What materials do you use?We work mostly with wood and acrylic but can pretty much laser engrave on any material and often experiment to offer you some really cool products! Don't hesitate to reach out and ask, we'll always try our best to make something happen for our clients!

Can you design something for me?Absolutely! We can usually customize just about anything, just send us some inspiration and we'll use our graphic design skills to whip you up the best decor!

How much does customized event decor cost?No two projects are the same! We price our decor based on the cost of materials used and time for labor. Don't worry though, we can usually get you a quote soon after an inquiry and promise to build you the best decor for your budget!
